You agree not to: violate any law or regulation, infringe intellectual property rights, upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt to breach security, reverse engineer the Services, misuse AI functionalities, or use the Services for high-risk or life-critical activities. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without prior notice.
7. AI-Specific Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, may contain errors, and are probabilistic in nature. The Services do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice. Users remain solely responsible for verifying outputs and decisions. The Company disclaims liability for reliance on AI-generated content.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Services — including software, AI systems, algorithms, UI/UX design, branding, and documentation — remain the exclusive property of 7plus.one or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to users. Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to process such content for the purpose of providing the Services.
9. Fees and Payment
If Services are provided on a paid basis: fees are specified on the website or in a separate agreement; payments are non-refundable unless required by law; we may change pricing with reasonable notice; failure to pay may result in suspension. Taxes are the responsibility of the user unless stated otherwise.
10. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Company shall not be liable for downtime, technical interruptions, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where we act as a Data Processor for business clients, processing is governed by GDPR-compliant provisions and may be supplemented by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Services are provided "as is" and "as available"; we disclaim all warranties, express or implied; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 7plus.one from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from: your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful content you submit.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, for non-payment, if required by law, or to protect security or integrity of the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
16. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
